1. How do I know which size to choose for my Italian Greyhound?
Here you can take a look at our sizing chart and measuring guide. Size charts vary between brands so it's important to check before placing your order. If you're unsure, you can always drop us a message on Instagram or by email at hello@thehoundedit.com - so happy to help!

2. Will you be making clothes for Whippets eventually?
We are certainly working towards growing our collection for Whippets! You can be the first to know by signing up to our waitlist here.

3. Will you be introducing more styles and colours?
We sure will be. Behind the scenes, Kim and I are always working towards something new. We spend a lot of time researching, sampling, and testing our Italian Greyhound jumpers and coats to make sure they are just right for our dogs. This 'slow' approach means we're only making clothes that we know you're going to love, which is also better for the environment. We also ask the Italian Greyhound community for their thoughts on our ideas across Instagram and TikTok - this is really important to us and it feeds into all of decisions. Follow along if this sounds like your cup of tea.

4. My Italian Greyhound has a condition which makes it difficult to dress them in onesies. Do you have zips or buttons that make it easier?
Absolutely. The Hound Edit came to be after my Italian Greyhound, Twiggy, broke her leg and I found dressing her quite awkward and uncomfortable for both of us. Some of our fabrics have natural stretch, but we always add stretch or fastenings for extra ease.

5. Are your fabrics safe for dogs with sensitive skin?
Yes! We carefully research and choose fabrics that have our Italian Greyhounds needs in mind, from warmth to softness to supporting with their temperature regulation. We also consider our impact when choosing fabrics, such as our organic cotton and Oeko-Tex certified fabrics.

6. How should I care for my new jumper?
All our Italian Greyhound jumpers and coats are machine washable. We suggest spot cleaning where possible as it's always friendlier for the fabrics and environment. When washing in the machine, we recommend a gentle cycle with mild detergent and, if you're able to lay them flat, it will help the garments with maintaining their shape. We also include care instructions with every jumper and coat.

7. Where are your Italian Greyhound clothes made?
All our clothing is handmade in Devon by our very talented Kim who has been with us from the very start. She is also our pattern maker, so who better to make your Italian Greyhound's clothing!

8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Take a look at our Delivery Information for more details. We're currently unable to ship to the EU, but we're working on this!

9. What is your returns and exchange policy?
We're always here if you have any questions on sizing and we'd always recommend reaching out if you're unsure. We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition. Here you can check out our Returns & Exchanges page for all the details.
