We hope you love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied or need to exchange your item, here is our return and exchange policy.

Measuring
Sizing can vary between different brands and, to avoid the need for returns or exchanges, we highly recommend reviewing our measuring guide and carefully checking the size chart available on each item's page. If you are unsure of the best fit for your Italian Greyhound, please pop us an email at hello@thehoundedit.com and we’ll be very happy to give you a hand.

Return and exchange request
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us if you’d like to return or exchange an item. Once confirmed, please return the item within 14 days.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@thehoundedit.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

Return and exchange postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returned items should be sent via a tracked service because we can only issue refunds or process exchanges once the item has been received. Please note, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and checked on our side, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
