Time to make your garments

As our Italian Greyhound clothing is handmade to order by Kim in the UK, please allow up to two weeks for your order to be made before it is shipped. At busy times, the time it takes for us to make the garments may be slightly longer, but we'll be sure to let you know if this is the case. We'll always aim to get your new pieces to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery times

Your garments will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Please note that any delays after dispatch, such as postal service disruptions or customs processing, are outside of our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

International shipping

We’re delighted to offer international shipping so Italian Greyhounds around the world can wear The Hound Edit.

United States customers

Due to recent changes in US import tariffs, orders shipped to the US are subject to a 10% import duty. These will be calculated for you automatically at checkout. To make things easier for you, The Hound Edit pays this directly to US customs authorities on your behalf. This avoids surprise fees on delivery and a smooth experience of your order through customs.

Rest of the world

Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, with delivery times varying depending on your location.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These costs are not included at checkout and remain the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance before placing your order.
The Hound Edit isn’t responsible for any additional charges incurred after dispatch, and any customs fees paid on orders that are later returned unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Recyclable packaging

Rest assured, our packaging is made from 100% recyclable materials, from our mailing bag to our handwritten thank you note inside, which means they can be popped in the recycling bin!
